EXEMPTIONS FROM CAMPAIGN DISCLOSURE LAW

2.38.020 Exemption of candidates for municipal office from the campaign disclosure law AS 15.13.
2.38.010 Candidate defined.
"Candidate" means a candidate for borough mayor, borough assembly or borough school board. (Approved by a vote of the people, February 17, 1977: Ord. 76-34 §3, 1977).

13. Candidates for municipal office of the borough are exempt from the reporting requirements of AS 15.13. (Approved by a vote of the people, February 17, 1977: Ord. 76-34 §1, 1977).
2.38.030 Authority.
The authority to exempt candidates from the reporting requirements of AS 15.13 is AS 15.13.010. (Approved by a vote of the people, February 17, 1977: (Ord. 76-34 §2, 1977).
