CEMETERIES

2.60.010 Authorized.
The borough shall have the power to provide a public facility and service for cemeteries, as authorized by Section 29.48.030 of the Alaska Statutes. (Ord. 76-7 §1, 1976, approved by a vote of the people, April 6, 1976).
