DEFACING NOTICES

9.56.010 Defacing notices.
It is unlawful for any person to willfully tear down, alter, or deface any posted writ or printed notice posted or put up pursuant of any law requiring or authorizing the same to be done, before the time for which such notice if given has expired. (Ord. 77-12 § 2 (part), 1977.)
