18.52.010 Appeals.
Appeals of decisions by the planning director or planning commission alleging errors in any requirement, decision or determination made in the enforcement or administration of the land use regulations shall be heard by the board of adjustment pursuant to the procedures established at Chapter 18.56 of this title.
