1.12.010 Corporate seal.

The borough adopts a corporate seal consisting of two concentric circles between which shall be the words “Haines Borough,” and the words “State of Alaska.” The center shall contain the words “SEAL” and “INCORPORATED” followed by the incorporation date of October 17, 2002.

1.12.020 Custody of seal.

The official corporate seal of the borough shall be and remain in the sole custody and keeping of the borough clerk and shall never be affixed to or upon any document or other paper of any kind or character except under the express authority and direction given by the borough assembly.
