PENALTIES

1.24.010 Basic penalty.

Unless otherwise specifically provided, any person failing to abide by any provisions or failing to comply with any of the mandatory requirements of this code is guilty of a violation, and unless otherwise specifically provided may be punished by a fine of not more than $300.00.

1.24.020 Surcharge.

In prosecutions for violations of state law or this code, the borough shall seek imposition of the surcharges established under AS 12.55.039 when applicable.
