1.12.010 Designated.

The description of the seal of the City shall be a circle upon which shall be printed the words “CITY OF HOUSTON, ALASKA incorporated 1966.” Inside the circle across the face shall be the inscription “Official Seal.” The above-described seal is declared the corporate seal of the City, and the same shall be used to authenticate all acts of this corporation. The seal of the City shall be kept by the City Clerk/Treasurer, or in his absence by the Mayor, and by him affixed to all acts required to be so authenticated. (Ord. 74-A-1 § 1.1, 1975)
