2.04.030 Membership.

The Council shall consist of seven members elected by the voters at large. A Councilmember who ceases to be a voter in the City immediately forfeits office. In the event of a vacancy on the Council, the remaining members shall appoint a person to fill the vacancy who shall serve until the next regular election. (Ord. 74-A-1 § 1.2, 1975; Ord. 97-06, 1997)
