2.04.040 Eligibility.

A person is eligible to be a Councilmember if the person is a qualified City voter and has been a City resident or a resident of territory annexed to the City of one year immediately prior to the election. (Ord. 74-A-1 § 1.3, 1975; Ord. 06-06 § 2, 2006)
