2.04.060 Meetings.

A. The regular meetings of the City Council shall be called to order at 7:00 p.m. on the second Thursday of each month.

B. The Council shall set the time for public hearings, bid openings, or any other special items to convene prior to the regular meeting, with the expectation of completion of those special items prior to 7:00 p.m.

C. The Council shall adjourn no later than 11:00 p.m., unless two-thirds (five) of the members concur to go past that time. The concurrence shall be reached by a formal motion and vote of the City Council. (Ord. 83-A-1 § 4, 1983; Ord. 97-06, 1997; Ord. 99-01, 1999; Ord. 03-06 § 3, 2003)
