2.04.120 Appointment of Mayor and Deputy Mayor.

The appointment of the Mayor and Deputy Mayor shall take place at a special meeting on the first Monday following certification of the general election. The incumbent shall complete that meeting, and then shall deliver forthwith to his successor in the office all property of the City, such as books, papers, directives, working papers, manuals, money and effects, which are in his custody or control.
