2.14.020 Offices divided.

The offices of City Clerk and Treasurer shall be separate. Each position will have separate job descriptions and duties.

The position of City Clerk shall be known as “City Clerk” and the position of Treasurer shall be known as “Treasurer.” (Ord. 08-01 § 4, 2008)
