2.16.020 Classification.

Appointed officers are exempt from rules and regulations governing the classified service. Some or all of the personnel regulations may be made applicable to selected positions by resolution. All other employees in the classified service, except supervisors, may be designated as classified or exempt by resolution. (Ord. 96-04, 1996; Ord. 97-06, 1997)
