2.28.060 Funding.

The Parks and Recreation Department shall operate solely on grants and revenue sharing funds. No tax shall be levied to supplement expenses under this program without approval of the City residents through a referendum vote. (Ord. 75-S-4 § 6, 1975; Ord. 97-06, 1997)
