2.36.040 Rules and procedures.
The Fire Department shall establish rules and procedures governing the operations of the department. The rules and procedures shall be consistent with accepted standards governing other local volunteer fire departments, and approved by the Council. These rules and procedures shall be followed to the fullest by each and every volunteer. All volunteers shall act in the best interest of the City. The overall governing rules and internal operating procedures shall be established by the Fire Department and approved by the City Council.
