A. All public streets running generally northwest and southeast and lying northwest of the baseline shall be designated by the prefix “North,” and all public streets running generally northwest and southeast and being southeast of the baseline shall be designated by the prefix “South.”

B. All public streets running generally northeast and southwest and lying northeast of the baseline shall be designated by the prefix “East,” and all public streets running generally northeast and southwest and being southwest of the baseline shall be designated by the prefix “West.” [Ord.
