13.25.010 Adulterated fuel sale.
No person shall mix any inferior substance, inferior grade or quality of fuel with a superior grade or quality, and sell the same as of the superior quality. (Ord. O-93-6-6 § 1 (part), 1994)
13.25.020 Failure to assist in arrest.
No person shall fail to assist any peace officer to make a lawful arrest when requested by such peace officer so to do. (Ord. O-93-6-6 § 1 (part), 1994)
13.25.030 Cruelty to a minor.
No person shall cruelly beat, torture, misuse, deprive of proper food, clothing or shelter, or otherwise treat any minor under the age of eighteen years with cruelty. (Ord. O-93-6-6 § 1 (part), 1994)
13.25.040 Damaging property of city.
No person shall intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage or destroy, or cause to be damaged or destroyed, any property owned or controlled by the city. (Ord. O-93-6-6 § 1 (part), 1994)
13.25.050 Possession of airguns and similar devices.
(a) No person shall have in his or her physical possession, nor shall discharge, an airgun, bow and arrow, or slingshot within the city.
(b) The prohibitions of subsection (a) of this section do not apply to possession or discharging in authorized locations, or to transporting along a direct course between authorized locations, provided the device is not loaded while en route.
(c) As used in this section:
(1) “Airgun” means a BB gun, pellet gun or similar device which launches a projectile upon the release of compressed gas; and
(2) “Authorized locations” means and includes occupied residences, operational vehicles, premises in which such devices are sold or displayed, and facilities designed for indoor charges. (Ord. O-93-6-6 § 1 (part), 1994)
13.25.060 Prohibition of overnight habitation or storage.
Overnight habitation in tents, vehicles, or other temporary structures and overnight storage of any personal property is prohibited in the area bounded by the mouth of the Snake River on the West, River Street on the North, Bering Street on the East, and the Bering Sea on the South. “Overnight,” for the purposes of this section, is defined as any period of time between the hours of ten p.m. and six a.m. This section does not prohibit or otherwise limit lawful use of private real property located within the boundaries set out in this section by the owner of the property or with the express written permission of the owner of the property. This permission shall be in the possession of the person using the private real property. (Ord. O-08-07-02 § 2, 2008)
