15.08.1403 Energy conservation.

Amend by adding a new section as follows:

For the purpose of energy conservation, the requirements of the International Energy Conservation Code, 2006 Edition, of the International Code Council along with the Alaska Building Energy Efficiency Standard amendments adopted by the State of Alaska will be the criteria to be used for new construction.
