None of the provisions of SGC 8.05.031, 8.05.040, 8.05.160, and 8.05.170 shall apply to a dog whose keeper is a member of the organization that is involved in service dog training and the dog in training is to be a service dog or to dogs in use as trained, certified and properly certified to use as service dogs. Any person may apply to the animal hearing board to disallow any dog from being exempt from the provisions of above mentioned sections.
