FALSE FIRE ALARMS

10.04.010 Prohibited.
It is unlawful for a person with knowledge that it is false to intentionally make, or turn in, a false alarm for fire, or to aid or to abet the commission of such act. It is unlawful for any person to tamper with the fire alarm system of the borough or any part thereof, or to be in the unauthorized possession of keys for operating fire alarm boxes.
