3.42.010 Consistency with state and federal laws and regulations.

If any part of this title conflicts with applicable federal or state law, the conflicting part of this title is operative solely to the extent of the conflict, and does not affect the operation of the remainder of this title in its application. (Ord. 2004-03 (part))

3.42.020 Rejection of Public Employment Relations Acts.

The application of the Public Employment Relations Act, Alaska Statutes 23.40.070 et seq., to the City of Barrow is rejected. (Ord. 2004-03 (part))
