CLOSING HOURS

6.08.010 Designated.

A.    All establishments within the city shall remain closed from the hour of two a.m. until the hour of six a.m.

B.    Subsection (A) notwithstanding, public dances may be held at the City of Barrow Teen Center until four a.m. on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and on holiday mornings. Curfew provisions under Chapter 9.12, curfew for minors, apply to all dances. (Ord. 95-02 §4: Ord. 88-7 §3(part): prior code §8.08.010)
