Housing and urban development powers are adopted and assumed by the city and made a matter of record by this chapter. [Ord. 117 § 2, 1979.]

2.32.020 Scope of powers.

Housing and urban development powers are limited to development of a senior citizens’ housing project. [Ord. 117 § 3, 1979.]

2.32.030 Implementation authority.

The mayor or city manager is authorized to enter into such contracts, agreements or arrangements necessary to implement and carry out the powers assumed in BMC 2.32.010 and 2.32.020. [Ord. 117 § 4, 1979.]
