1.01.030 Notification, certification, and distribution of reformatted code.
This section is included in your selections.
The borough clerk shall provide copies of the reformatted borough code to the Alaska Court System Ketchikan and Juneau Law Libraries, and to the City of Ketchikan Public Library. In addition, the borough clerk shall notify and provide a link to the online reformatted borough code to the entities currently receiving borough code updates. [Ord. No. 1647, §3, 12-17-12.]
