2.20.080 Aiding and abetting.

It is a violation of this chapter for an official to knowingly aid another official or employee in violation of this chapter. Such aiding a violation will be considered misconduct on the part of such official. [Ord. No. 1366S, §1, 11-21-05. Code 1974 §5.37.070.]
