2.20.120 Authority to address complaints.

In the case of an elected official, appointed official, the borough manager, the borough clerk, the borough attorney, or the superintendent, the board of ethics shall be the reviewing authority. In the case of a borough employee supervised by the borough manager, the borough manager or designee shall be the reviewing authority. [Ord. No. 1366S, §1, 11-21-05. Code 1974 §5.37.110.]
