2.15.010 Personnel rules and regulations.

The Kodiak Island Borough Code of Personnel Rules and Regulations, 1994 Edition, is adopted as the personnel code of the borough and made a part of this chapter as though set forth in full. [Ord. 2.15.020 Purpose.

It is the purpose of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Personnel Rules and Regulations to establish a system of uniform personnel policies and procedures that shall assure high quality personnel administration in full compliance with all applicable state and federal requirements and in keeping with generally accepted personnel management standards. 2.15.030 Scope.

The scope of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Personnel Rules and Regulations includes a compilation of policies and procedures for personnel administration of all employees of the borough. [Ord. 94-18 §3, 1994. Formerly §2.12.030].
