4.100.010 Creation and powers.

There is established pursuant to Ordinance No. 89-30-O a service area within the borough designated the “Woodland Acres street light service area” as shown on the corresponding map in the office of the clerk. The Woodland Acres street light area shall provide construction, operation and maintenance of street lights on public streets within its boundaries. [Ord. 91-11 §§2, 8, 1991].

4.100.020 Board.

The Woodland Acres street light service area board shall consist of three members appointed by the assembly. [Ord. 98-04 §2, 1998; Ord. 91-11 §§2, 8, 1991; Ord. 89-30-O §3, 1989].
