13.30.010 Violations.

(a) Any violation of this title shall be a noncriminal offense punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars plus any surcharge required to be imposed by AS 12.55.039 for each offense.

(b) Each victim offended by the violation shall constitute a separate offense. Each day of a violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(c) Conviction of a violation of this title does not give rise to any legal disability or legal disadvantage based on conviction of a crime. A person charged with a violation is not entitled to a trial by jury or to have counsel appointed at public expense to represent that person. (Ord. O-99-11-3 § 29, 1998; Ord.
