1.20.010 General penalty—Continuing violations.

It is unlawful for any person to violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this code, and where no specific penalty is provided therefore, the violation of any provision of this code shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not exceeding three hundred dollars. If the violation of the North Pole Municipal Code would constitute a felony under state law it shall be a felony violation by municipal code. All fines and costs imposed and collected for violation of this code or other municipal ordinances shall belong to the city and be paid over to its treasury. Each day any violation of any provision of this code continues shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 05-10 §2, (part) 2005);(Prior code §1-8)
