13.04.010 Scope of title.

The city water and sewer utility, hereinafter in this title called the North Pole Utility, was formed to serve the residents of the city, to provide residents with the sanitation, protection and convenience afforded by a municipal water and sewer utility system and to promote an improved community environment. It is the intent of the ordinance codified in this chapter to establish the rules, regulations and methods for the operation and use of the North Pole Utility to the benefit of the city residents.
