Before opening the polls, each member of the Election Board and each Clerk must take an oath to faithfully perform the duties of the office. Any qualified elector of the City may administer and certify such oath. (Ord. No. G-5390, § 1, 2009; Ord. No. G-5560, § 1, 2010)
