a. If on any ballot the names of more persons are designated, or written, for the same office than are to be chosen, or if for any reason it is impossible to determine the voter’s choice, the vote for that office shall not be counted.

b. If it appears that a voter cast more than one vote for the same person on a ballot, the ballot shall be counted as one vote for that person.

c. If the voter marks more than one choice on a ballot measure, that vote shall not be counted for such measure. (Ord. No. G-5390, § 1, 2009; Ord. No. G-5560, § 1, 2010)
