COLLECTION OF ANNUAL ASSESSMENT INSTALLMENTS ON OUTSTANDING IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BONDS

3.08.010 Procedure.
Annual assessment installments for improvement district bonds issued by the Town pursuant to Article 2, Chapter 4, Title 48, Arizona Revised Statutes are to be collected in the same manner by the officers provided by law for the collection and enforcement of the general taxes levied by the Town.
