The following fees shall apply to all rezoning, area and neighborhood plans, site analysis, reconsideration, special actions, specific plans, and other acts as set forth in this section.

3.10.020 Addressing fees.
The following fees shall apply to all applications for street names, address numbers, appeals, and other acts as set forth in this section:

3.10.030 Development review fees.
|
A. |
Applicability. The following fees shall apply to all filed plats, development plans, landscape plans, preservation plans, HDZ review, design review committee submittals, golf course plans, aviation and grading committee submittals, substitute assurances, highway improvement plans, sanitary sewer improvement plans, and other acts as set forth in this section. |

|
B. |
Generally. No fee or any part thereof as prescribed by this section shall be refundable. All plans or plats which are not complete, including fee payment, at the time of submission shall be rejected. Submission is defined as the complete presentation of a plat or plan to the town of Sahuarita for approval. |
||||
|
C. |
Subdivision Plats. For the purpose of a fee payment, any development which involves apartment or single or multiple dwelling units shall be assessed fees on a per unit basis in accordance with the fee schedule below. |
||||
|

The fees for a tentative plat shall be: |
