5.45.010 Civil penalties.

Any violation of this title except as specified in STC 5.45.020 shall be a civil infraction and punishable by a fine. Each day that a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense. [Ord. 2000-05; Ord. 1996-11; prior code § 11-10-1.]

5.45.020 Criminal penalties.

Any violation of Chapter 5.25 STC is a class one misdemeanor, punishable as set out in ARS Title 13. [Ord. 2000-05; Ord. 1996-11; prior code § 11-10-2.]
