9.04.010 Appeal to City Council

The owner, tenant, lessee, occupant or other person on whom a notice has been served pursuant to this chapter, or upon whom an assessment has been levied, or who has been found guilty of a criminal violation of Chapter 8.20 shall have the right to appeal the same to the city council within ten days of the receipt of the notice or assessment or within ten days of the conviction.
