If a residence is already served by cable television service, the licensee will obtain a special additional underground service permit to construct underground facilities. The special additional underground service permit will be required in addition to all other permits required. The City Manager or his designee may adopt regulations providing for the procedural requirements for issuing such permits. (Ord. No. G-6034, 2015)
