REVERSIONS TO ACREAGE

14.20.010 Reversion defined.
A reversion to acreage is the abandonment of a recorded subdivision created under the Subdivision Map Act. A reversion constitutes a merger of the separate parcels within the subdivision into a single parcel, excluding any dedications, easements, or right-of-way necessary for present or prospective public road purposes. 14.20.020 Advisory agency review.
Petitions for reversion to acreage shall be reviewed by the advisory agency at a noticed public hearing pursuant to AVMC 15.70.070. [Ord. 2012-141 § 12; Ord. 2010-126 § 1 (Exh. A)].
