LOT LINE ADJUSTMENTS

14.24.010 Procedure.
A. Applications for lot line adjustments shall be reviewed by the director, or designee, for compliance with the subdivision manual. The director may place conditions on the lot line adjustment pursuant to Section 66412(d) of the Subdivision Map Act.
B. Any lot line adjustment so approved shall be reflected in a deed which shall be recorded by the owner(s) of the adjusted properties. [Ord. 2010-126 § 1 (Exh. A)].
14.24.020 Appeal.
Any person adversely affected by a decision of the director under this chapter may appeal that decision to the advisory agency. [Ord. 2010-126 § 1 (Exh. A)].

14.24.030 Parcel map optional.
Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit an applicant from submitting a tentative parcel map in lieu of a lot line adjustment. [Ord. 2010-126 § 1 (Exh. A)].
