9.12.010 Police dog defined.

As used in this chapter, “police dog” means any dog specially trained for assistance to law enforcement officers, and which dog is under the control of a law enforcement officer in the performance of his duties. (Ord. 358 Ch. 6 (b) § 1, 1977)

9.12.020 Prohibited acts.

No person shall injure, tease, strike or otherwise interfere with any police dog while the dog is in the custody of, or being used by, a law enforcement officer in the performance of his official duties. (Ord. 358 Ch. 6 (b) § 2, 1977)
