DAMAGING OFFICIAL BULLETIN BOARDS

It is unlawful for any person to injure, disfigure, deface, mutilate or destroy any official bulletin board in the town. (Ord. 13 § 1, 1923)

9.16.020 Destruction of notice prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person, unless duly authorized by the city council of the town, to alter, injure, deface, mutilate, obliterate, remove, tear down or destroy any ordinance, notice, advertisement or other paper, document or writing affixed to or posted upon an official bulletin board of the town, pursuant to law or the order of the city council of the town, or to affix thereto or post thereon any notice, placard, bill, poster, advertisement, sign or other paper, document or writing.
