TRAINS AND RAILROAD BARRIERS

10.32.010 Railroad gates.

No person shall drive any vehicle through, around or under any crossing gate or barrier at a railroad grade crossing while such gate or barrier is closed or is being opened or closed. (Ord. 220 § 1, 1956)

10.32.020 Trains not to block streets.

No person shall operate any train or cars, or permit the same to remain standing, so as to block the movement of traffic upon any street for a period of time longer than five minutes. (Ord. 220 § 2, 1956)
