15.12.010 Adoption of the California Plumbing Code, 2010 Edition.

That certain document, one copy of which is on file in the office of the building official of the town, being marked and designated as the “2010 California Plumbing Code,” including Appendix Chapters as published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, and adopted by the California Building Standards Commission as Title 24, California Code of Regulations, Part 5, is adopted as the plumbing code of the town, requiring a permit for the installation or alteration of plumbing and drainage systems; defining certain terms; establishing minimum regulations for the installation or alteration or addition or repairs of plumbing and drainage systems and the inspection thereof; providing penalties for its violation; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the 2010 California Plumbing Code are referred to, adopted and made a part of this chapter, as if fully set out in this chapter, subject to the amendments, deletions, and additions thereto, as provided in this chapter. 15.12.020 Permit fees.
