3.72.010 Establishment of Loan Administration Board.

A Loan Administration Board is hereby established. The board shall consist of nine members selected by the City Council in accordance with the Fair Representation Ordinance, Berkeley Municipal Code Sections 2.04.030 through 2.04.130. (Ord. 5811-NS § 1, 1987)
