3.72.050 Terms of appointment and organization.

Terms of members appointed to the Loan Administration Board shall be as provided in the Berkeley Municipal Code Sections 2.04.070 and 2.04.075.
Said board shall organize by electing from its members one president, one vice-president and such other officers as may be necessary, who shall hold office for one year and until their successors are elected unless their terms as members of the board sooner expire. (Ord. 5811-NS § 5, 1987)
