ADOPTION OF THE 1997 EDITION OF THE UNIFORM HOUSING CODE

15.30.010 Adoption of the Uniform Housing Code, 1997 Edition.

Pursuant to Government Code Section 50022.2, the city council hereby adopts by reference Chapters 4, 5, 6 and Sections 701.2 and 701.3 of the 1997 Edition of the Uniform Housing Code. A copy of the code as adopted is on file in the office of the building official and is open for public inspection. [Ord. 276 § 6, 2008; Ord. 198 § 6, 2002; Code 1990 § 8.6.01.]

15.30.020 Amendments.

Chapter 3, Section 302, “Fees,” is deleted. Fees to implement the housing code shall be determined by resolution of the city council. [Ord. 276 § 6, 2008; Ord. 198 § 6, 2002; Code 1990 § 8.6.02.]
