PUBLIC URINATION/DEFECATION

9.34.010 Prohibited.
No person shall urinate or defecate in public except when using a urinal, toilet or commode in a bathroom, restroom or other structure enclosed from public view. Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of an infraction punishable by a fine of fifty dollars. (Ord. 975 § 1, 2012)
