2.23.010 Declaration of need.

It is found, determined and declared that there is a need for an industrial development authority in the City and that an industrial development authority shall function in the City in accordance with the provisions of the California Industrial Development Financing Act. (Ord. 1971 § 1, 1982).

2.23.020 Established – Statutory authority.

The industrial development authority is established pursuant to the California Industrial Development Financing Act to be known as the Chula Vista Industrial Development Authority. Such industrial development authority is authorized to transact business and exercise its powers under provisions of the California Industrial Development Financing Act. (Ord. 1971 § 2, 1982).
