2.58.010 Established – Purpose – Payment.
Except for requests for copies of identifiable public records, anyone requesting services for providing information from records or documents, doing research or providing processing services shall pay the required fee(s). Such fees shall include, but not be limited to, the direct costs of duplicating, transmitting, mailing, faxing, or by some other means providing the information requested from records or documents and the costs of any programming, processing, or research which is necessitated in order to produce, prepare or identify the requested records or documents. 2.58.015 Copies of identifiable public records.
In accordance with Government Code Section 6257, the department head whose department is the custodian of the records sought pursuant to a request for a copy of an identifiable public record shall charge, and the recipient shall pay, prior to receipt of the requested public record, the required fee(s). (Ord. 2506 § 3, 1992).

2.58.070 Payment of prevailing wages.
No contract shall require payment of the prevailing wage schedule unless:
A. The prevailing wage is legally required, and constitutionally permitted to be imposed, by federal or state grants; or
B. The project is considered by the city council not to be a municipal affair of the city; or
C. Payment of the prevailing wage is authorized by resolution of the city council.
Payment of prevailing wage schedule, if authorized hereunder, shall use the pertinent rates published by the state of California. (Ord. 2504 § 1, 1992).
